Welcome to the WMS EPAWS webpage! EPAWS stands for Educators & Parents at Washington School. Our purpose is to:
- bring together the citizens of our school district, parents, and administrators to work toward obtaining the best possible education for our children,
- familiarize the parents and community with the educational process in the school,
- give the parents, teachers, and administrators an opportunity to become familiar with each other and provide the opportunity to work together on school projects.
Did you know?
EPAWS funds are used to pay for activities and items that aren’t covered by the school budget. We greatly appreciate the engagement around the Cherrydale fundraiser, and the recent EPAWS dance, as those funds make up our yearly budget to provide resources and opportunities for our students and staff. Typically, EPAWS provides around $8,000 a year in funding to WMS, without your support we wouldn’t be able to provide these funds. THANK YOU!
