The Oconto Falls School District provides supports and services to students identified as having a disability as outlined by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, or IDEA. As a part of making special education and related services available to children with disabilities, the school must complete a school-based evaluation to determine a student’s eligibility. Rules for determination of eligibility and areas of impairment can be found in Wisconsin Administrative Code, Section PI 11.36.
