Four Year Old Kindergarten offers the first steps on the path to Educational Excellence.

Our 4-year-old kindergarten program is offered at Abrams Elementary, Oconto Falls Elementary and Oconto Falls Encompass Early Education and Care. Our curriculum is based on Wisconsin DPI Model Early Learning Standards and national Common Core Standards. Students learn foundational academic skills through Literacy Link and S.M.A.R.T. programs. Our students develop social and communication skills that meet school expectations. This program is designed to help four year old children prepare for the elementary grades through active play and the development of early learning and academic skills. The 4K program is offered in half day sessions held Monday through Friday.

To be eligible for 4K, a child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the starting school year. The 4K program is designed to be a one-year program preceding 5K entrance.

Notifications of AM or PM placement and location will be communicated in late May.
